Here at Betts and Coops Boutique we strive to have the best customer service possible and offer a variety of styles and sizes.
STORE POLICIES
All Invoices are to be paid within 5-7 Days of purchase unless other plans have been made in advance.
Betts and Coops Boutique is not responsible for the wait time on orders coming from vendors.
RETURN POLICY
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you have received a defective item, contact us immediately so we can fix this. If you were sent incorrect items or missing items from, we will do our best to make this right!
- Items can be returned for Store Credit Only which will be issued in the form of a website code or coop cash. If we have the same item in stock, it may be exchanged for a different size. (Store Credit is good for 6 Months)
- Please email us at bettsandcoopsboutique@gmail.com and allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Store Credits from previous returns are not eligible on any pre-order items.
ALL pre-orders are FINAL SALE and can only be exchanged if that exact product is available in the size needed.
