 RETURN POLICY
Here at Betts and Coops Boutique we strive to have the best customer service and offer
a variety of styles and sizes.
Mail Orders:
*Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you
have received a defective item, contact us immediately so we can fix this. If you were
sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, we will do our best to make
this right!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
1. Items can be returned for Store Credit Only and will be issued in the form
of a website code or coop cash.
2. All returns must be received within 10 days of the date that we ship out
your order.
3. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and
is not eligible for return.
4. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn, and tagged.
5. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
6. Please email us at bettsandcoopsboutique@gmail.com and allow 5-7
business days to process your return once it is received.
Store Purchases:
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for store purchase
returns:
1. Items can be returned for Store Credit Only and will be issued in the form
of a Gift card.
2. All returns must be received within 7 days of the date the items were
purchased.
3. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and
is not eligible for return.
4. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn, and tagged.
5. Please email us at bettsandcoopsboutique@gmail.com and allow 24 hours
to process your return once it is received.
Online Exclusive Orders:
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for store purchase
returns:
1. All Online Exclusives need to pay for shipping, No Store Pick up.
2. All exchanges must be completed within 5 days of receiving items.
